NAY is an Egyptian women's clothing brand operated by Rimash for Export and General Trade, based in Mohandessin, Giza, Egypt.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you place it.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been accepted.

6. Shipping

Orders are delivered across Egypt via our logistics partner, Bosta. A flat shipping fee of 80 EGP applies to all orders. For full details on delivery timeframes and our open & inspect policy, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns & Cancellations

You may open and inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may reject it on the spot and only the shipping fee of 80 EGP will be due. For details on returns and cancellations after delivery, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of NAY and Rimash for Export and General Trade. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
