Shipping policy

NAY delivers across Egypt through our logistics partner, Bosta. Please read the following to understand how we handle shipping and delivery for your orders.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all governorates across Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and all other cities and towns served by Bosta's network.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
  • Alexandria & other major cities: 2–3 business days
  • Upper Egypt & remote areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by high-demand periods, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of 80 EGP applies to all orders across Egypt, regardless of order size or delivery location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment directly through Bosta's website at bosta.co.

6. Open & Inspect on Delivery

You are welcome to open and inspect your order before accepting it. If you are not satisfied with the item, you may reject it on the spot — no questions asked. In this case, only the shipping fee of 80 EGP is due at the time of delivery.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Bosta will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your order. Please ensure your phone number and address are correct when placing your order. If all 3 attempts fail, the order will be returned to us and you will be contacted to arrange next steps.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. COD orders follow the same delivery timeframes listed above.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@nay-eg.com with your order number and we will work with Bosta to resolve the issue.
